Optimum Bodies 1-ON-1 Personal Training

Optimum Bodies is the premier place for 1-on-1 personal training in Durham Region. If you are interested in finding out more about our 1-on-1 programs please call our studio and set up your free consultation. The consultation is a great opportunity for you visit our professional studio, get a feel for who we are and discuss the programs that will work best to get you to your goals. It also gives us a chance to see if you are good fit for Optimum Bodies. We only accept clients that are serious about getting results.

Optimum Bodies has training programs for any goal or budget:

  • Train at our studio
  • Train at your home
  • Train 1x,2x,3x,4x or 5x per week
  • Train on your own using our custom exercise programs (every 4 weeks you will receive a new program)
  • Train on your own at our studio using our custom exercise program (only 10 spots available for this program)

Fitness Assessment
A comprehensive fitness assessment consisting of body composition analysis, flexibility testing, postural analysis, body measurements, core strength tests, blood pressure and resting heart rate.

Mini Assessment
Body composition analysis, weight, posture, blood pressure and resting heart rate.

Body Fat Analysis
A 10 - 12 site skinfold measurement to accurately track and assess change in body fat percentage.
