Laura has always had a passion for nutrition and fitness. As a certified personal trainer she uses her experience and training knowledge to help clients live healthier lives and achieve their fitness goals. Due to her love of cooking (and eating) you’ll often find Laura in the kitchen experimenting with healthy recipes, and making over not-so-healthy ones. Laura was an avid runner having completed three half marathons, a 10k, a 30k and one full marathon, Laura has a greater appreciation for the importance of planning, discipline, and dedication required of endurance athletes. Over the past few years Laura has fallen in love with the sport of CrossFit and is now Co-Owner of CrossFit Bowmanville.
